GIRLS’ DORMITORY

  • Located 500 meters from our university.

  • Rooms are arranged for 4 students each.

  • Each room is equipped with a separate study area, toilet, bathroom, wardrobe, and refrigerator.

  • On each floor, there is a study room, a lounge, and a shared kitchen with a television, refrigerator, oven, and stove.

Required Documents for Final Registration

The documents listed below must be submitted completely to the dormitory administration during final registration:

  • Copy of National ID

  • Copy of Parent/Guarantor’s National ID

  • Student Certificate

  • 2 Recent Photographs (taken within the last 6 months)

  • Criminal Record Certificate

  • Address Information Form / Proof of Residence

  • For International Students: Residence Permit and Copy of Passport

  • IBAN (Bank Account Number)

SHARED APARTMENTS FOR MALE STUDENTS

The residence building for our male students is located just 200 meters from KTO Karatay University.
We provide a peaceful, secure, and hygienic living environment with various facilities that support our students’ academic life, social development, and post-graduation career.

The apartments are arranged in a shared living concept, with rooms for 4 students each.

  5. Credit card installment payments are only available with Halkbank Paraf Card.

  6. VAT is included in the prices.
