Program Profile

An anesthesia technician is a healthcare professional who performs the necessary work for the safe initiation, maintenance, and termination of anesthesia procedures in the company of an Anesthesiology and Reanimation Specialist during medical operations.

Before graduation, our students are required to learn in detail the terminology, master the systems, and basic structures, and anatomy of the human body, know using tools and equipment in the field of anesthesia, define the problems in case of unexpected situations, act as a team member to solve any problem by using the knowledge and skills in the field, open to collaborating with other health disciplines.

Career Opportunities

By studying in the Department of Anesthesia, you gain medical knowledge and experience on how to anesthetize patients before surgeries and become an expert in this field.

After graduation, you take the title of "Anesthesia Health Technician" and apply the necessary medical methods to put the patient to sleep in all kinds of surgeries, in line with the physician's instructions. You can work in all private and public hospitals.
